Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Clean the exterior of the transmission, disassemble it, inspect for damaged parts, clean internal components, prepare a parts replacement list, replace defective parts and reassemble, and conduct transmission testing.
2. Drive the service vehicle to bus depots to troubleshoot motor-related issues on new-energy buses, replace signal cables, swap connector bases, and change controllers, while completing service reports.
3. Prepare various reports in accordance with company regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
The role primarily involves operating the U9 system, supporting workshop production and maintenance activities, managing documents and records, coordinating with the procurement team, preparing after-sales reports, and handling daily administrative tasks, as detailed below:
1. Data Reporting: Export U9 inventory data daily and share it in the designated work group chat.
2. Production Process Management: Based on production task orders, perform operations in the U9 system, including creating production orders, issuing material requisitions, transferring materials, and recording finished goods into inventory. Simultaneously prepare paper-based repair forms and update workshop maintenance records according to actual progress.
3. Procurement Coordination: Verify U9 inventory levels; submit purchase requests for parts with zero stock via email; track delivery schedules, update the shortage record sheet, and process material issuance upon receipt of warehouse delivery notes.
4. System File Maintenance: For repair-related production orders, liaise with network administrators to submit product information requests, enabling the Group to add new project numbers in U9.
5. After-Sales TM4 Tasks: Prepare three‑guarantee forms on a daily basis; complete order placement and inventory entry in U9 each month, and print all relevant supporting documents. Monthly, enter repair service information into the maintenance management system based on the after-sales summary table and file the report (log in twice per month; change password every three months on average).
6. Document Organization and Statistics: Categorize and store printed system documents, filing them systematically upon completion of tasks; compile monthly statistics on the number of repair task orders.
7. Miscellaneous Tasks: Complete ad hoc assignments as directed by supervisors.
