Technological innovation is the cornerstone of core competitiveness. China Digital has built a robust IT‑driven R&D and operations team, with nearly 2,000 software developers, and serves as the chair organization of the Ministry of Science and Technology’s “Changfeng Alliance Internet Information Services Promotion Working Group.” It has pioneered a SaaS service framework uniquely tailored to China, establishing standards and best practices for IT service operations centered on the SPS model. In terms of ICT infrastructure, China Digital has established specialized data centers in Beijing, Guangzhou, Suzhou, and other key locations, achieved interconnection between northern and southern telecom networks, and created a highly secure, highly reliable network environment, operating over 3,000 pieces of equipment. By partnering with companies such as NetApp and HP to set up joint laboratories, it has realized compute and storage pooling. In the e‑commerce sector, it has innovatively developed an e‑commerce platform offering on‑demand and personalized services. To date, the company has filed more than ten technology patents and has been designated a pilot enterprise under Beijing’s Patent Engine program.
