On July 18, the 16th China Xinjiang International Mining and Equipment Expo officially came to a close. Yihaowei made its debut at this regional industry event, embarking on a long-distance exhibition journey with the hopes of expanding into the Central Asian market and establishing connections with local business partners and end-users. This participation not only marked an important step in the company’s strategy to develop the regional market but also provided a valuable opportunity for the team to gain experience in remote exhibitions and strengthen its overall capabilities.
Throughout the exhibition, we consistently demonstrated our company’s core technologies, product strengths, and comprehensive service capabilities with unwavering enthusiasm and professional expertise. We focused on providing detailed presentations and engaging in on-site discussions around key business areas such as powertrain optimization and system integration, aftermarket services, and remanufacturing partnerships. Although this event did not yield the anticipated number of contacts with Central Asian clients and end-users—leaving us with some regret—we did not slow down our pursuit. Instead, we proactively engaged with every prospective visitor, gaining a deeper understanding of market needs and actively identifying potential collaboration opportunities.
Effort pays off for those who are dedicated; after three days of on-site coordination and communication, the company successfully secured eighteen high‑value market insights. This information encompasses the technological needs, market pain points, and collaboration intentions of relevant industries within the region, providing crucial guidance for our future initiatives in areas such as technology exchange, powertrain optimization and system integration, aftermarket services, and remanufacturing partnerships. It also lays a solid foundation for establishing deep‑level collaborations with pertinent enterprises and expanding into regional markets. Behind each piece of data lies recognition of our professional expertise—and, more importantly, a powerful lever for our sustained engagement in the regional marketplace.
This ultra‑long‑distance participation in the exhibition has also provided a comprehensive learning experience for the company’s team. From the initial stages of exhibition preparation and exhibit transportation, through on-site booth setup, client reception, and product presentations, to the post‑event phases of data organization and debriefing, each team member fulfilled their role while working closely together. By overcoming numerous challenges—including long-distance travel, regional differences, and unexpected on‑site contingencies—the team demonstrated remarkable cohesion, execution capability, and adaptability. This invaluable experience not only familiarized us with the entire remote‑exhibition process but also deepened our understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs, laying a solid foundation of practical expertise for future participation in overseas exhibitions and expansion into new markets.
The conclusion of this Urumqi exhibition marks not an end, but a new beginning. Although we did not fully achieve our anticipated customer‑acquisition targets, the market insights we gained, the practical experience we accumulated, and the team capabilities we honed will all serve as invaluable assets on the company’s path of growth. Looking ahead, Yihaowei will take this exhibition as an opportunity to carefully review its takeaways, conduct in-depth analyses of regional market demand, and refine its go‑to‑market strategies. We will continue to deepen our expertise in core areas such as powertrain systems and aftermarket services, steadily enhancing both our technological prowess and service standards. At the same time, we will draw on our experience with remote participation to lay a solid foundation for expanding into broader markets and forging stronger partnerships. With a more professional stance and pragmatic execution, we are committed to driving sustained, healthy corporate development and ushering in a new chapter of high‑quality growth.
In addition, Beijing Yihaowei will participate in the 2026 (28th) China International Mining Congress.
